*Lots of love for this but buyers didn’t end up following through so up it goes with a price drop (don’t think you can find an automatic Omega with sapphire crystal and original cards cheaper!) I love the design of this watch and I love the story behind it. Let me wax on for a minute: often mistakenly credited to the great Gerald Genta who did contribute to a line of Omega Constellations but the Constellation Manhattan was actually designed by a 26 year-old student named Carol Didisheim, in 1982, when she joined Omega fresh out of school! It’s said that she was inspired by her roommate’s mirror - she designed this, patented it, Omega bought it and they still make variations of this brilliant design to this day! Not only does it have amazing history, but I think it’s a sleeper within the Omega world, and this one comes with its original cards - so much watch for the money! REF: 1502.30 SERIAL: 81,487,XXX DATE: 2010 DIAL: Gorgeous white dial with a stunning linen / argyle pattern giving it awesome texture. Crisp and clean, just a beautiful example, all seen under sapphire crystal! CASE: Unpolished 35mm stainless case. Given the design I’d say it wears like a 36mm Datejust (pictured on my 6.6 inch wrist) it’s also nice and thin. Case and bezel have wear throughout as you would expect, but the original lines of this cool design have stayed and it looks fantastic on the wrist! MOVEMENT: Omega automatic cal 1120 is running beautifully. Service history unknown but winding and setting smoothly, with quick set date working perfectly, and timegrapher numbers are looking great at 5 seconds a day with an amplitude of 285. BRACELET: Comes on its original Omega stainless bracelet with that great integrated design and gold Omega symbol on the clasp. Currently fits just shy of 7 inches, but comes with 4 extra links, so can go up quite a bit. ACCESSORIES: This comes with all three of its original Omega cards, paper holder, and the links mentioned.
