Hey Folks! Up for grabs is this Seiko Silverwave 8249-7000 made in July of 1979.   I have a love/hate relationship with Silverwave models, and swore them off until I saw this one for sale recently.  The bracelet paired with the tool watch vibe is just so cool that I couldn’t pass it up.   The case is stainless steel, and measures 36.5mm x 41mm.  The Nautilus-style integrated bracelet makes this one wear larger than you’d expect.  The case has a general feel of wear with small scratches throughout.  The stainless bezel is in good condition, outside of the 1 to 3 o’clock area where there are some large scratches.  The crystal is NOS and was installed with brand new gaskets.
