Based on a unique mathematical formula developed by Citizen called "Luna Program", the watch calculates the phase of the moon each day from signals received from multi-band radio transmitters. The EcoDrive solar cells are cleverly designed within the moon surface backdrop on the face of the dial, and comes in a variety of colors. This one is the green. It's sometimes tough to get the color right in photos, so I included a stock photo for reference. The quality of this watch is 9.75 out of 10, with the only noticeable wear being on the clasp of the bracelet, which has two minuscule marks. Other than that, the watch is flawless. It averaged 2 wears per month in the 4 months that I've had it, and the lack of wear is quite evident. You won't be disappointed in the quality of this watch.
