For sale is this vintage Citizen Digital CQ 7S-918S (4-097670 TA) made in Japan in August of 1978. All stainless steel construction, even the dial is metallic making for a very solid and high-quality feel. The pushers have coloured inlays (yellow, black and white) for extra attention to detail. Original brushed case with nice curves in the design. It has a screw-down case back for added security.  On the Home screen it displays the time, day of the week (shown by the block above the specific day) and if it's AM or PM (also shown by a block above either AM or PM). By pressing the left button (white pusher) it changes the display to either the Stopwatch Chronograph or Dual Time (whichever has been set). You can decide which mode the left button (white pusher) activates by holding that button (white pusher) and pressing the middle button on the right side. Edit by pushing the button in the middle on the right adjust with the bottom right button (black pusher) and move to the next unit by pressing the middle pusher. The bottom right button (black pusher) on the right activates the Calendar Mode (month/date/year) mode. Edit by pushing the button in the middle on the right adjust with the bottom right button (black pusher) and move to the next unit by pressing the middle pusher. The Stopwatch Chronograph is started by the top button on the right (yellow pusher) and also stopped by the same button (yellow pusher). The Stopwatch Chronograph is reset by pressing the bottom right button (black pusher). Lap Timer/Split Time activated by pressing the bottom right button (black pusher). Dual Time mode is a totally independent extra time zone. The backlight is activated by the top right button (yellow pusher) whilst on the home screen or calendar screen and is a vintage yellow/orange colour and still illuminates well better than many modern Casios! - especially in the dark. The adjustable stainless steel bracelet is a high-quality Maruman-branded multi-link bracelet which is also made in Japan.
