What happens when Omega takes the iconic Speedmaster Professional and gives it a white dial? Wait lists happen! Not normally a game Omega plays, but this beauty has gotten a lot of love, and rightfully so - they nailed it. Those waitlists are starting to open up and here’s an opportunity to get a barely 8 month old example, that presents like new in a full set with the added Omega rubber strap at a nice discount! REFERENCE: 310.30.42.50.04.001 DATE: 2024 DIAL: Iconic speedy dial goes white! It’s a classic for a reason, just a fantastic design that packs a lot in but manages to stay clean. And “Speedmaster” in red pops beautiful against the white. As you’d expect being barely worn, both dial and bezel are MINT. CASE: Classic Speedmaster Pro 42MM stainless case with those great twisted lugs. With its short lug to lug distance, it wears beautifully (pictured on my 6.6 inch wrist) Under a loupe/macro a few faint hairline scratches on the polished bits, but presents as new. CRYSTAL: Sapphire crystal on top and bottom = perfection. MOVEMENT: Omega cal 3861 manual wind chronograph, its beauty on full display behind the sapphire case back. Again, as you would imagine for a basically brand new watch under warranty, it’s running like a dream with timegrapher showing 2 seconds a day and a very healthy amplitude of 350. BRACELET/STRAP: Comes on its original bracelet with that great modern clasp with quick adjust. Bracelet is in fantastic condition - even on the clasp I can only see one or two hairlines. Original owner also purchased the black Omega rubber strap with deployant clasp, an over $500 add on (receipt included) looks fantastic against the white dial, also feels amazing on the wrist.
