Inspired by the cocktail “Starlight”, the watch beautifully captures the essence of a star-lit night sky, which earned it its nickname among enthusiasts. At the heart of the watch is Seiko’s in-house 4R57 movement, featuring 29 jewels and running at 21,600 vibrations per hour. It offers a 41-hour power reserve, displayed elegantly on the dial. The case, crafted in stainless steel, measures 40.5mm in diameter, 47.5mm lug to lug, 20mm lug width, and has a thickness of 14.4mm. A see-through case back and a screw-down crown add to the construction, while the Hardlex crystal protects the dial. Speaking of the dial—it’s the real star of the show. The textured surface plays beautifully with the light, making the intricate details stand out. The hands feature a mix of satin and polished finishes, split down the middle—a subtle but elegant touch, reminiscent of high-end dress watches like the JLC Ultra-Thin. This watch is in excellent original condition, showing only minimal signs of wear (as seen on the strap). It has been recently serviced and is keeping great time. It comes with the original blue leather strap and buckle, though the original box and papers are not included—a standard Seiko box will be provided upon purchase.
