Here for sale is my first “big kid” watch, the Seiko SLA041. This is the 2020 re-issue of the 1975 600m diver lovingly referred to as the grandfather tuna. This 2020 limited edition has an updated water resistance of 1000m and the high-end 8L35 movement beating inside it. Its iron dial furnishes it with 40000 A/m magnetic resistance. I am the second owner of this piece, No. 0134/1100 and it’s accompanied me on many adventures through 1 year of daily wear. The first owner told me he wore the watch 3 times and it came to me in like new condition in January 2023. There are fine scratches on the ceramic outer shroud and the dive bezel insert, the worst of which are pictured. There are dings on the case back, pictured. The original strap has whirled scratches on the metal, pictured. Mechanically, this watch is sound and holds around +3sec/day. I have not pressure tested it and to my knowledge it has never been serviced. Selling because I haven’t worn it in over a year after picking up a personal grail. Watch ships with original box, papers, warranty card (unfilled), a blue Crown & Buckle midnight blue Chevron strap with black furniture, and a black Crown and Buckle chevron with steel furnishing (unworn condition).
