I am offering for sale this neo vintage Seiko quartz chronograph from the robust SUS series, inspired by the design of military or field watches and made in July 1995. The watch has obviously hardly been worn and, thus, remains in excellent condition. These models are JDM (Japan domestic market) watches and rarely appear outside their home market but if they do they are priced comparable to well-preserved pieces of the frequently encountered early analog quartz chronographs with 7A28 or 7A38 movements. Given an age of almost 30 years, this timepiece is just on the usual threshold of the “vintage” category, making it an ideal birth-year-gift for someone just about to turn this age.

► Brushed stainless steel case with beefy lugs and chronograph pushers positioned in a “bullhead” layout with practically no visible signs of use, only slight signs of opening on two notches of the back cover
► Matte black dial with metallic-brown hour numerals framed in white color and matching minute markers as well as perfectly legible white hands
► Finely graduated telemeter scale on the rehaut
► Seiko quartz movement 7T27 with flawless functions for hour, minute, small second, stop minute, central stop second, 24-hour display and quickly adjustable date (the hand positions are already perfectly aligned, but can also be fine-tuned at any time using the pushers)
► Scratch-free original mineral glass
► Mounted on a matching Nato strap
