1950s German Officer/Pilot Jumbo – Fancy Lugs – 35mm – All Original





Selling a super charming and surprisingly well-preserved 1950s German officer-style watch, with a jumbo 35mm chrome-plated case (without crown), sculpted “fancy” lugs, and a beautiful dial. Everything is original.



The standout here is the dial — two-tone with a silver reflective center and a black chapter ring, bold Arabic numerals, and outer minute track. Marked “4 Rubis” under 12 and “Germany” above 6. The luminous cathedral hour hand and sword minute hand are original, with a spear seconds hand that completes the look.



Running well, powered by a Caliber 10 pin-lever Wuerthner movement, Made in Germany. These are quite rare in this condition and size, especially with this military/civilian hybrid aesthetic.



Case has some wear consistent with age but no significant chrome loss. Lugs are strong and detailed. Sits high on the wrist (~8–10mm height), and feels very modern in size despite its age.

A perfect first vintage piece or a great addition for someone looking for something less commonly seen than your typical Swiss options.
