Up for sale is an IWC Mark XX Patrouille Suisse limited edition. This limited edition is sold out worldwide -- even IWC headquarters does not have another one. It was produced for the Switzerland market and only planned for sale there. I have heard rumors that some were purchased internationally, but I don't know whether that is true or not.  It retails for 6100 CHF in Switzerland, which on the date of purchase (July 3, 2025) was $7,725 USD.  This particular watch was purchased new three days ago (as of posting) from Bucherer in Zurich. It is number 142 / 250. I have worn it twice since purchasing it. It comes with the original strap, and also an extra IWC canvas strap in size XS. I searched for this watch for several months before finding one, however after I got it I realized that it does not fit my style 😢.
