Paying tribute to the similar reference from Douglas that Neil Armstrong had on his wrist during his historic missions test-piloting the X15 experimental hypersonic rocket plane in the 1960s, this special edition features a nifty engraved case back, retro hesalite glass, and black PVD ratcheting worldtimer bezel. She's water resistant to 120 m and is powered by an automatic Miyota 8315 with quickset date and cyclops. 60 hour power reserve, hacking and hand-winding. Assembled in France. 40 mm diameter x 13mm to the top of the crystal. Limited to 1962 pieces. Features Wolbrook's proprietary "Hexaplex" shock resistance system. Unlike the current versions still for sale, this one includes the jubilee style bracelet with quick release, red and black bonus straps, travel case, and sew on patch. Full kit with spare bracelet links and everything. The hesalite, case sides, and clasp show some hairline scratches visible under harsh light but not noticeable on my wrist.
