A beautiful classic late 1940`s/50`s style chronograph, fully functional and keeps good time. I have set it running a little fast to fit my wearing routine.
Very special and rare watch with this lovely dial, asking € 3250,- euro via bankwire or Wise.

- 40mm diameter, oversized for it`s era, modern for today`s wrists
- Height is just 13,8mm including domed crystal
- Lug to lug is 49mm
- Screw on caseback
- Column Wheel Valjoux 22 movement
- Very good condition, just a tiny nick in the right top lug and some light marks on the caseback. Please see the pictures for the condition.
- Last full service in Nov 2024 with new mainspring, copy invoice included
- Generic box
Comes on a tan leather strap with folding clasp and the vintage style steel bracelet with flex endlinks.
Berna has an impressive history as movement maker of chronographs and stopwatches and was the inventor of the Regatta 5-Ball timer in 1913.
It was bought by Leonidas in the 1920s who continued the brand and later merged with Heuer.
