It is the cousin to the popular Breguet Type XX Chronographs (Model 3810) and utilizes the same case design.  Instead of a chronograph, this model (3860) has a unique mechanical alarm complication. This piece is in excellent condition (see pics), I've only ever worn it a hand full of times. It has spent most of its life with me stored in my watch box. The alarm complication works perfectly and I will include instructions / video on how to use it. You will not find another one of these in this condition as this is a true NOS full kit with remaining Breguet warranty. I’ve only ever seen one other one for sale and it had a broken crown.
