I’m selling a 1946 38mm 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch with an arabic dial, here are the details:
Dial: Near mint condition silver dial that aged to a creamy hue with rose gold hour markers and hands with a blued steel seconds hand.
Case: Near mint condition 38mm 18K yellow gold case with a rosy patina that shows only very light wear.
Movement: Vacheron Constantin manual winding calibre P454/5C is in good operating condition keeping good time. The service history is unknown.
