I am selling a vintage watch from the Pulsar brand (Seiko group):

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WATCH:

Serial number: 081942
Year of manufacture: August 1980
Manufacturing: Japan (same as Seiko, Orient and Citizen)
Movement: Quartz
Caliber: Pulsar Y512A
Case material: Stainless steel
Case finish: Polished
Diameter (excluding crown): 36 mm
Lugs to lugs: 41 mm
Lug width: 20 mm
Dial: Gray
Logo: Applied
Index: Applied, with luminescent ends
Date: Framed and bevelled window at 3:00 a.m.
Hands: Luminescent
Case back: Screwed, stainless steel

CONDITION:
- The watch is in very good condition / very well preserved for a 40-year-old watch (see Photos).

WORKING ORDER:

The movement is not working. I tested with a new Varta V301 but the movement does not start again.
Either this is not the correct battery model, or the movement, which has a mechanical part with 2 jewels and which had not worked for many years, requires an overhaul / lubrication (frozen oils), or the movement is out of order.

OTHER:

The watch is sold without bracelet and without battery.
Superb vertically brushed aluminum dial, for a vintage look.
