The Ulysse Nardin Marine Diver Black Sea has a 45mm Stainless Steel case coated with Black Vulcanized Rubber coating, Stainless Steel/Vulcanized Rubber Unidirectional Rotating bezel, COSC Automatic movement, Caliber UN-26 (ETA2892-A2 base), Power Reserve indicator (42 Hours), Seconds sub-dial, Date, Screw Down crown, Water Resistant to 200M, Glare Proof Coated Sapphire crystal, Exhibition back, Black Wave dial wit Red accents, on a Black Rubber strap with Ceramic inserts, Titanium Deployment clasp, Model Number 263-92-3C

This watch is Unworn. I purchased it from a fellow dealer. It does have a few light blemishes from stock handling, but overall is in Mint Condition. There are no major marks on the case or bezel. The crystal has no chips or scratches and the coating has no blemishes. The strap is in fantastic shape with only a couple of faint blemishes on the inserts from handling. The clasp has one blemish but is perfect otherwise. It is in proper working order and keeping time. It comes with the Box, Book, and Warranty Card, as pictured

Founding his company in 1846, Ulysse Nardin first trained in horology under his father, Leonard-Frederic Nardin, and perfected his skills under the tutelage of Frederic William Dubois and Louis JeanRichard-dit-Bressel, two master watchmakers whose fame extended beyond the mountains of Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Ulysse Nardin's marine chronometers have seen service with the navies of some 50 countries during the mid-1800s.

In 1983, the company was acquired by businessman Rolf Schnyder who, in conjunction with watchmaker Ludwig Oechslin, relaunched the brand. Schnyder and Oechslin would aim to produce complication timepieces using modern materials and manufacturing techniques.

In 2014, Ulysse Nardin was acquired by the Kering Group, formerly known as PPR.
