Fun fact — this watch is dive-rated for 1200 meters, not 300. Not that it matters since diving to 300 meters will crush you long before you reach that depth, but hey, buy my watch and you can do whatever tickles your fancy. I didn’t wear this watch an awful lot, and the condition backs that up. There are some very superficial scratches on the edge of the case that will easily be buffed out with a Cape Cod cloth should you wish to do so. This watch is sold on a matching yellow rubber strap, but I’ll be including an extra black rubber strap as well. They are both sized to my 6.75 inch wrist, but the clasp expands another 0.66 inches. This watch fits great on my wrist, but it would look just as great on smaller wrists thanks to the short lug-to-lug distance. Price: $1600 via Paypal F&F, or Paypal G&S with strong positive references. This price is extremely competitive, especially when you consider that it comes with two DOXA rubber straps, one black, and one a matching yellow. Rumor has it that the same factory that produces straps for DOXA also makes Richard Mille’s straps. They are incredibly supple, comfortable FKM straps that honestly out-class any rubber strap I’ve tried from Omega, RubberB, Everest, you name it. Condition: Excellent. The only scratches I can find are on the back-sides of the lugs from strap changes and very superficial scratches along the edge of the case that could easily be buffed out with a Cape Cod cloth. There is also a very minor stratch at the 5:30 and 10:00 marks on the outer polished edge of the bezel. I’ve tried very hard to capture this on camera with my macro lens. Both scratches appear shallow enough to polish out easily with a Cape Cod cloth, but honestly, scratches on the polished portion of the bezel add character to this absolutely historic piece of horology. Check out some of the vintage pieces for reference. This watch was purchased directly from the DOXA website in April of 2021, and the warranty card is stamped as such. This means that the watch is still well within warranty.I haven’t worn it in a while but I do remember the time-keeping being phenomenal, at times doing +/- 0 seconds per day, up to +2 seconds per day. It runs like an absolute dream. YMMV, but again, you’re still well within warranty if you have any concerns. CONUS only, will ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. No trades, sorry. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m happy to chat!
