Hi dudes, reposting with a big price drop! Let's get this one to a great home. For sale today is a cool one for vintage Casio collectors, a near NOS Casio Pathfinder PAG-40. I am selling this one for a buddy of mine. I have the watch in hand and will coordinate payment and shipping directly. I say this is “near NOS” because my buddy wore it once or twice and put it away in a drawer for years. When he gave it to me I opened the caseback and there was no original battery corrosion or any issues I could see at all. I put 4 brand new batteries in it and it fired right up. All functions seem to work as intended (altimeter / barometer / compass / backlight). The beefy case gasket looks intact so one would assume that it is still water resistant, but you may want to get it pressure tested if you plan to put this one through its paces in the outdoor environments that it was made for! My digital calipers are out of batteries, but with some rough measurements the case size is 53mm x 57mm x 17mm thick. It is a big boi tool watch but it is super, super light and actually wears surprisingly well. As far as I know, Casio didn’t have STN displays back then but this thing is super viewable even at extreme angles thanks to the chunky numerals and legible display.
