Hi all! Up for sale is my Zodiac Sea Wolf 60s 702-916 with the 70-72 movement. I received this recently in a trade but realized I'm more of a modern watch guy. First launched in 1953, the Zodiac Sea Wolf was one of the first dive watches alongside the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms and the Rolex Submariner. This non-date version of the Sea Wolf was released in 1961, but the model with the hands with the spine down the middle were released a bit later, so this is likely from the mid-60s. The previous owner had it serviced and the 70-72 movement is running like a champ - I don't have a timegrapher but it looks to be around +5 or 6 (YMMV). Condition is great for the age - the bezel still turns nicely with some "click" and has most of the chrome still intact - lots of these seem to have totally exposed brass. The stainless steel case has wear throughout and looks to be unpolished. Looking for $999 shipped in the US, preferably via Zelle. Would consider other payment methods for members with good feedback.
