Here is for sale a nice watch from Nomos – the Tangente Sport Index 36. For sale is the watch only.

Case is stainless steel and measures 36.5mm, lug width is 18mm. Case has some hairlines from wear but

no major dings or scratches.

Crystal is sapphire, has no blemishes.

Crown is signed with Nomos logo.

Dial is black and has Nomos Glashutte at 12 o’clock, subsecond register at 6 o’clock and Germany at the

bottom. Hours markers are silver sticks which match the handset.

Movement is hand wound cal. Alpha which keeps time decent. Movements runs perfect +15 sec/day.

Strap is original Nomos 18mm Cordovan leather strap with Nomos branded buckle.

Watch looks nice due to it’s discreet minimalistic design which already became a classic one.

Price is $730 through PayPal Friends and Family, G&S is on buyer’s cost. EMS International Shipping is

included in price. I ship international.

NOMOS Glashütte is a German watchmaking company based in Glashütte, Saxony, which specializes in manual-winding and automatic mechanical watches. It was founded in January 1990, two months after the fall of the Berlin Wall, by Roland Schwertner. The designs for the first collection were drawn up by Susanne Günther, drawing influence from the Bauhaus purist style. NOMOS's designs have been widely praised for their clean and modernist aesthetic. In its early years, the company focused on manufacturing mechanical watches with hand-wound movements. The basis for the movement was, until 2005, the Swiss-made ETA SA / Peseux 7001. Annual production is approximately 20,000 pieces.

Since 2005, NOMOS Glashütte has only used in-house movements. Beginning with α (Alpha), a manual winding caliber, the range has since been expanded to include a range of other manual winding movements with additional functions. The first automatic NOMOS watch, the Tangomat, was first introduced in the summer of 2005. NOMOS Glashütte has gradually expanded its range of watches to include new models and sizes, such as Ahoi and Metro.
