Hi all!

Here is for sale a nice and classy Omega 196.0316. Watch is in mint condition, for
sale is the watch only.

Case is made of stainless steel and measures 32mm without the crown and 34mm with crown, thickness is 6mm. Watch wears bigger on the wrist due to It’s shape,
lug-to-lug is around 37mm. Case has no dings or scratches, it is in mint condition.

Bezel is 18k gold in perfect condition.

Caseback is brushed and has Omega logo. There’s reference 196.0316 396.1016 inside and 51 mil serial number which dates the watch to 1989.

Dial is white with goldtoned index/roman numerals as hourmarkers. Handset is goldtoned. Dial has Omega logo, date window and Swiss Made at 6 o’clock.

Crystal is sapphire and has no blemishes.

Crown is gold toned with Omega logo.

Movement is Omega Quartz cal. 1436, works decent.

Strap is authentic brown Omega Crocodile leather strap, which looks mint and was worn maybe once as it has no greases at all. Buckle is goldtoned authentic one with
Omega logo.

Watch looks perfect due to it’s perfectly preserved condition and steel/gold combo on crocodile leather strap.

Price is $590 through PayPal Friends and Family, G&S is on buyer’s side. EMS International Shipping is included in price. I ship international.

Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
