This is a unique retro style mod of a genuine Seiko SNK model, but with many upgrades. The original watch is a very rare Seiko SNK653 with a very distinct cushion case. The crystal has been upgraded to a single domed sapphire. Inside runs an NH38 automatic movement, it hacks and hand winds, but no "ghost" crown pull position for date. I chose the aftermarket diver style dial and sword hands to give the watch a "bezel-less" vintage diver look and feel. Some would probably say the watch has a Unimatic vibe. In an effort to reduce my collection, I reluctantly have decided to let someone else enjoy this. The watch is in excellent near new condition. But I don't have many 18mm bands, so I'm throwing in this used but very soft leather band as I think it pairs well. I can substitute it with a brand new black nato if you wish also. This is such a unique piece with a refreshing neo-vintage look. And the compact size along with a thin profile, the watch wears super well on many wrist sizes.
