There are two things you should know before purchasing this watch: The manual winding does not work. I purchased this watch from a user on this subreddit and here is what he said about the winding. > It does have a "unique" aspect to it, (aka, a flaw) and that is the lack of hand winding. The automatic feature works perfectly, and the watch charges beautifully via the rotor. However when trying to manually wind the Watch, the power reserve does not charge. Seems on the ETA 2824 the barrel bridge is made of a "softer" metal alloy, and can wear with excessive winding. I'm not the original owner, so I can't tell you how it happened, but it works great! The rotor is slightly loose and clanks between the caseback and the inner parts of the watch. It charges the watch normally but this does create some sound. It can kind of sound like there is a marble rolling around in there and how loud it is depends on how firmly it is against your wrist. That being said, the watch works well and I’m selling because I moved down to the 38 mm. I’m asking **$180** net to me, preferably through Paypal, but I will accept other forms of payment. Not looking to trade.
