For sale is this Damasko DA46.
Offered for $old. Prefer CONUS, but will consider other destinations if you will help some with shipping cost.
Movement: ETA 2836-2 with day-date function
Crystal: sapphire with anti-reflective coating on both sides
Case: Stainless steel, bead-blasted, nickel-free, fully ice-hardened to 60 HRC, anti-magnetic to 80,000 A/m
Dimensions: 40mm diameter x 12.4mm thick x 20mm lugs
Dial: Black dial with Arabic numerals, triangle at 12, good lume
Strap/bracelet: comes with brown Colarab leather band, black bund pad, and black nato strap.
WR: 100m
Condition:
Mechanically sound, but running about 20 spd slow. I think this is fairly normal for an ETA movement that’s a few years old, as this watch is 7 or 8. A service should true it up if you decide to go that route, and that’s why I’m selling for less than other DA 46.
Rotating bezel feels great. Bezel has a very small mark between 11 and 12.
Case sides are perfect, as is typical of Damasko. Case back has rub marks from use with a NATO. I have seen this phenomena documented by other Damasko owners as well.
The anti-reflective coating on the crystal shows light markings at certain angles. These are not deep scratches that you can feel or that appear unsightly during normal wear. From most angles it looks perfect, but I have shined a light on it and angled it in some of the photos to show how the markings sometimes appear.
Let me know if you have any questions!
