Hi WatchExchange, **\*\*Let me know if you have any offers. I need to sell this one. If it does not sell, I'll just put it back in the case.\*\*** Selling my Hamilton Chrono-Matic Caliber 11. Hamilton along with Heuer and Breitling took on the race to develop the first automatic chronograph movement in 1969. While it is still debatable who was El Primero to win that race, Hamilton still wins with watches like this that are still running, are desirable and collectible 50+ years later. This particular example is in great shape for it's age. It's all original as part as the watch itself, but the hands seemed to have been touched up as some point. Still a great looking which that I unfortunately is not getting enough wrist time. Watch has decent power reserve as I can put it down and it still works 2 days later. Keeps good time, but not sure down the SPD. I don't think this watch needs service and quite frankly I would not try to service it unless it was running super late or fast and this watch seems fine. The Hamilton Watch Company is a brand of the Swatch Group, a Swiss watch company based in Bienne, Switzerland. The Hamilton Watch Company was formerly a storied American watch design and manufacturing company, which incorporated in 1892 and produced its first watch in 1893.

After its formation, the Hamilton Watch Company went on to manufacture and market pocket watches and wristwatches, ending American manufacture in 1969.
