I have a large selection of vintage/JDM Seikos and Custom Seikos on [my Instagram]( https://www.instagram.com/provenancewatches/) **Model**: SARX027 **Year**: 2015 **Features**: * *The Dial.* This timeless enamel dial was created by the masterful craftsmanship of Seiko’s Mitsuru Yokozawa, who was inspired by Riki Watanabe’s classic [Japanese clock designs](https://www.lemnos.jp/en/archives/1351). Watanabe’s design influence can be seen all over Japan; for Seiko to collaborate with his studio when building the SARX027 as a way of honouring his “Riki Clock” designs, shortly after his passing, is really special. As far as I’m concerned this is as good as enamel gets considering the price point. It’s a famously deep value watch. * *The Case.* Fully polished, and water resistant up to 100m of depth. * *The Strap.* Black patent leather, with a deloyant buckle. An incredibly comfortable leather strap, and the glossy finish of the leather works so well with the enamel dial. * *The Crystal*. An inverse single-domed sapphire crystal, meaning it’s flat on the outer side and domed on the inner side. It gives the dial wonderful distortion at the edges; designed as throwback to the dress watches of yesteryear. **Condition**: Very good. No scratches on the crystal or exhibition case back. The case is in good condition, and I would describe most markings as almost invisible to the naked eye. There is a small bump on the case edge between the 12 and the 1. It is visible in some photos from certain angles, and not visible in others. The leather strap shows signs of use. Photos represent the watch’s condition very fairly. **Scope**: Original box, original manual, original price tags, original strap, it even includes the original poem tag that Riki Watanabe wrote about timepieces! **Movement**: 6R15 Automatic Movement, 21,600 bph, 50 power reserve, 23 jewels **Case Width**: 39mm **Lug to lug:** 46mm **Case Thickness**: 12.5mm **Lug width:** 20mm **Price**: Considering the condition and that it comes with all of the original kit, I am offering it at **$530** plus shipping (sent from London, UK; costs $5-$30 depending on where you are in the world). **Of note**: I've owned hundreds of Seikos over the years.
