The dial is black embossed with the traditional Japanese Seigaiha wave pattern alongside 18K gold numerals. It is mesmerizing to look at and I have paired it with gold hands and a creative curled seconds hand. The dial is contained in a 36mm gold plated dress case, and this watch is being sold with both a black leather strap and a maroon strap as well for two looks. **Specs** Case Size: 36mm gold plated dress watch case with an open casebac. Dial: Custom 18K gold plated Kanji Seigaiha dial Movement: NH38 Seiko GMT Movement w/ 41+ hour power reserve, hacking, 24 Jewels. I chose the NH38 over the more popular (and cheaper) NH35 to remove the phantom date wheel.
