Hello r/watchexchange! Up for sale today is the revered Marathon GPM Officer's watch. A lot of brands make military-inspired watches, but not many make watches for the military. Marathon does. And one of those watches is the General Purpose Mechanical, an iteration of its own [GG-W-113](https://collectorscornerny.com/cdn/shop/products/DSC_4650-Edit_2048x2048.jpg?v=1678820579) field watch created in the 80s and supplied to armed forces in both Canada and the US. This example comes with a US government marking as is optional from Marathon, and was purchased in the summer of 2020.
