Designed by gilding artist Marion Labbez, The Ascendent was created as a celebration of the challenges we all face to scale our personal mountains. On the face of the watch, a mountain shimmers on the horizon, appearing both near enough to touch and also impossibly beyond our grasp. This sophisticated and elegant design was created with gilded palladium applied in different ways to achieve two different textures. The Ascendent was made by us in London. Each watch glass was printed and gilded one at a time, by hand; before being assembled in turn by our small and talented team.
