Solid Rose Gold 750/1000 case measures 42mm On Cartier brown aligator leather strap w/solid rose gold deployant clasp. Mechanical movement with automatic winding, caliber 1847 MC. fluted crown set with a cabochon sapphire, silver guilloché lacquered opaline dial. Blued-steel sword-shaped hands. Sapphire crystal. Calendar aperture at 3 o’clock. Thickness: 13 mm.
