For sale is my Seiko 7548-700F “Stormin’ Norman” in excellent condition. The watch was given the nickname because General Norman Schwartzkopf wore one of these on one wrist and a Rolex Datejust on the other during the first Gulf War. He wore two watches to keep track or two time zones rather than one GMT

The watch is in incredible unpolished condition for a tool watch made back in 1984. The dial, bezel insert, and hands all in excellent condition. The watch was bought from one owner who kept it trough the years.The only thing worth mentioning is the bezel action that is hard to turn but is it operational as it was not used at all during the years.

The watch currently runs within one second a month and the 7548 quartz movement can be regulated (quite rare for quartz) and it uses all metal components rather than plastic which makes its life expectancy quite long. The battery was replaced a month ago so no worries about to change it in few years. The second hand hits the minute markers spot on all the way around the dial. This is the north American market model with the SQ “Seiko Quartz” on the dial and the Suwa plant emblem to the right of the date. Best of all the watch is mounted on new Uncle Seiko rubber strap. However original Tsunami logo rubber strap is kept trough the years as well.
