Up for consideration is the Pennsylvania made RGM 801-COE (Corp of Engineers). I purchased this watch new in 2013 (originally an 801A, the dial and bezel where swapped by RGM). It was last serviced in April 2022. There are some light wear and tear marks on the bezel difficult to photograph. It is manual wind, amazing movement. It will ship in the RGM box.
New ones are $12,900. I'm open to reasonable offers, I rarely see RGM 801's sold. I can send more pictures if interested.
