I have a "Watchco style" stainless steel Omega 166.073 Seamaster 120 "Deep Blue" for sale which I've owned for about ten years. It has been serviced in that time but not recently. I mentioned in my last sales thread that I am selling some watches as I've decided to stop collecting.
https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-168-005-constellation.169904/

This is a "Watcho style" build which I made some years ago. All parts are Omega - Case/Bezel were NOS, case back was new, crown and crystal were new, dial and hands were new, bracelet was new and the movement was taken from a De Ville (as I recall). It is NOT an original Deep Blue and is priced accordingly.

This picture is from a few years ago but gives a better idea of the colour (still not perfect as it is darker than this) and on the wrist - the light here is terrible at the moment. All other photos were taken in March 2024. Bezel clicks in each direction and the crown is screw down.

Here next to my Speedmaster (not included in the sale!) so you can see the size.

You can expand these photos to see any flaws and if you need further photos, please ask. All these detail photos are unprocessed except to crop/reduce the size and rotate. If you want the original which is larger, just let me know.

I have a few original packets for the dial, crown and crystal.

Opening the watch shows the inside caseback:

The movement, calibre 565 and serial 31459208:

I have quickly reviewed this watch as follows:
1. Full wind and rested in dial up to check power reserve - this came out as more than 38 hours which is within spec.
2. Mounted on my tester which simulates a day of wear to check charging from stopped, then rested in dial up to check power reserve from auto wind - this came out as more than 38 hours which is within spec.
3. Movement performance check, amplitude and rate at 0H (30 minutes after removing from the auto winder) - I would usually show three performance pictures as specified by Omega being CH (dial up), 6H (Six O'clock high), 9H (Nine O'clock high) but as the dial up amplitude is low, I am just showing that. In this case, although the power reserve is good, the timegrapher picture shows low amplitude so, it is definitely in need of a service.

I am making an honest description of the watch but, I'm not guaranteeing the results of my three tests.

I'm not taking returns on this watch or offering a warranty. There are lots of photos and you're welcome to ask for more as well as to ask any questions, which I'll try my best to answer. Payment is by bank transfer to my UK bank account and the watch is in UK with me. I would very much prefer a UK sale as I will struggle to insure when sending overseas since I closed my business. I'll use Royal Mail Special Delivery (RMSD) to send the watch in UK but, a Face to Face meeting is fine as well - I am in Somerset.

Here is a link showing some feedback I have here:

Original versions of this watch are shown on chrono24 for silly money and the mesh bracelets are 550 GBP and up, it appears. I wasn't certain where to price this but as an opportunity to wear a vintage style watch without worrying so much about it, I have aimed at about half the price of the Watchco SM300 plus additional for the bracelet.

10 March, new prices without postage:
Watch head only: £1800 (GBP)
Watch and Omega mesh: £2100 (GBP)

Thanks for looking, and to the team at OF for this space.

Cheers, Chris
