The Top Time features a polished steel case, which is accented by a fixed smooth polished steel bezel. The Breitling is currently mounted on an unworn quick release brown suede calfskin leather Hide & Alloy strap, which is secured by a brushed steel tang buckle. The AOPA is also accompanied by a black racing style calfskin strap. The Top Top features an exceptionally rare black “AOPA” dial with tritium index hour markers, polished tritium coated hands with black center inlays, and is constated by silver guilloche sub dial registers at: 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. The tritium hour markers and hands have aged beautifully, and acquired a warm custard colored patina. The movement used in the 810 is the Venus caliber 178, which is running smoothly with no apparent issues.

Condition:
The case appears unpolished having been preserved exceptionally well with minimal signs of previous wear. The dial and hands have also stood the test of time extremely well, and are free of any noticeable imperfections, and contain a gorgeous even patina. The Hide and Alloy strap remains unworn, while the black calfskin racing strap has slight signs of previous wear. Overall the Breitling is in excellent vintage condition, and is a wonderful all original example of a rare reference 810 AOPA Top Time.
