WatchObsession kinda screwed me. Now have a brand new Hirsch Voyager I want to get rid of. The description of this product is not clear. I am new to watches and specifically bought this strap as it's advertised to be used for deployant clasps. Unfortunately, it does not seem to fit correctly for me; I believe the issue is it's meant for a different style of deployant. Regardless, because I have opened and mounted the strap, they are refusing a refund.
