Glashütte Original is a German company in the small watchmaking town of Glashütte, Germany. known for their traditional techniques and their in-house manufacturing. The result of those practices is beautiful timepieces. This example is no exception. This piece is the Senator Chronograph XL. It is yet another example of Glashütte’s classic yet elegant design. Its 44mm case shape feels robust and sure to grab attention. Its deep black dial looks very classy. The two sub dials and date at 6:00 ensure this face is legible and remains uncluttered for a dress watch with so many complications. This model is much more exclusive than its white dialed counterpart. It comes on a black alligator strap with twin trigger deployant clasp. The strap shows slight signs of use, but still has a long life left. This example comes in good unpolished condition. There are light signs of use.
