[WTS] Norqain Freedom 60 (39mm, Chronometer, Kenissi caliber, 70 hr power reserve, bracelet & strap)
[WTS] Norqain Freedom 60 (39mm, Chronometer, Kenissi caliber, 70 hr power reserve, bracelet & strap)
- Asking $1500 (CONUS shipping on me, fees on you, lowered from prior post) - This is the Norqain Freedom 60 39mm, housing the Norqain version of the Kenissi caliber used in the Tudor Black Bay. It has a sunray gray dial, beautifully polished hands and indices, screw down crown, and is chronometer rated with a 70 hour power reserve. - Casework and bracelet are phenomenal, and when you consider you’re getting a Kenissi caliber for what you may pay for an ETA in other brands, this is a heck of a performer. Dial color is great in differing light, from a light to dark gray, with a nice sunburst finish, and lovely high polished hands. - Please note there was a similar watch at 42mm with an ETA movement – that one has a date so easy to differentiate! This movement is the Norqain NN20/1, three hander/time only, manufactured by Kenissi, the Tudor movement manufacture – see the Fratello Movement Info article linked below. - My watch has the OEM strap and buckle (strap unused except on the watch box cushion), OEM bracelet, and the strap that is on it in the pictures, which brings out a darker gray on the dial. - I also have both a bronze Norqain plate (on the watch), and the stainless plate it came with – you can have them both if you like. - The watch runs well within chronometer standards, about a second or two plus per day for me, and has a great power reserve. - Box (inner and outer), bracelet with all links, extra Norqain plate, OEM strap and buckle, and strap it was worn on. - This version seems discontinued but was very well reviewed, and carried by the Hodinkee Shop as well, info provided below. - Hodinkee Shop article: [https://shop.hodinkee.com/blogs/journal/norqain-freedom-60-39mm](https://shop.hodinkee.com/blogs/journal/norqain-freedom-60-39mm), showing MSRP on strap at $2720, with a significant uplift for the bracelet, which is very nice. - Fratello Review: [https://www.fratellowatches.com/hands-on-with-two-norqain-freedom-60-39mm-watches/](https://www.fratellowatches.com/hands-on-with-two-norqain-freedom-60-39mm-watches/) - Fratello Movement Info: [https://www.fratellowatches.com/norqain-and-kenissi-work-together-on-nn20-movements/](https://www.fratellowatches.com/norqain-and-kenissi-work-together-on-nn20-movements/) - A Blog to Watch Review: [https://www.ablogtowatch.com/norqain-debuts-freedom-60-gmt-and-freedom-60-39mm-watches/](https://www.ablogtowatch.com/norqain-debuts-freedom-60-gmt-and-freedom-60-39mm-watches/) - Currently, the only version of this watch on the Norqain web site comes with a Sellita movement, and is $3290 with a bracelet (tho it does have diamonds on the dial, which may or may not be a plus): [https://norqain.com/products/freedom-60-39mm?variant=47349227454783](https://norqain.com/products/freedom-60-39mm?variant=47349227454783) - Same model on eBay, but without the bracelet: [https://www.ebay.com/itm/176282290671](https://www.ebay.com/itm/176282290671) - Bracelet price: [https://norqain.com/collections/freedom-60-39mm](https://norqain.com/collections/freedom-60-39mm) - YouTube short video of this model on bracelet (in significantly worse condition): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZrzTm1ues4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZrzTm1ues4) - From a reference perspective, I have many transactions on Reddit (hakalraG) and have been a TimeZone member (Harsh) since 2005, a WatchUSeek member (Harsh) since 2011. Consolidating my collection to a small set, trades considered, sale much preferred. - Thank you! - Typed/Said with a smile: I’ve priced this fairly aggressively, and am happy to consider trades that make sense, but not if I’m at less than half of MSRP, and you’re sending over a micro-brand at 2x what it originally sold for…
