The ref. 16234 was among the first five-digit offerings within the Datejust family, and importantly one of the first to also use a sapphire crystal. It also featured the jumping date and the newly updated Cal. 3135 movement. This particular ref. 16234 is in excellent pre-owned condition, meaning there are very light to no signs of wear. The bracelet is in excellent condition, fits up to about 7.50" and has moderate stretch with wear. This watch just received a full movement service April 2024 and ultrasonic cleaning and is backed by a 2-year warranty. In addition, it received all new gaskets and crystal ensuring proper water resistance.
