I’m the original owner of this first gen Sumo. “2014” Ordered it from Japan 10+ years ago and dropped it the first time I wore it out “my bachelor party” the hardlex crystal got biffed on the pavement and I didn’t wear it much after that. I bought a double domed sapphire crystal for it but I didn’t get around to having it installed till a couple weeks ago. The watch now has a freshly installed double domed sapphire crystal on it. I also had the shop do a pressure test on it at that time. The case and bezel are in very nice condition with a few scratches on the underside of lugs from strap changes etc. There’s a couple specks on the bezel and maybe a slight scuff on a lug. Sounds worst than it actually is. The original bracelet is complete and unworn.

Watch will come on a lightly used crafterblue / black rubber dive strap. Along with the unworn stock bracelet and all links. I can’t make any comments on its time keeping since I haven’t worn it much. I would assume it needs regulating at minimum.

It’s a nice example of a pre logo Sumo, I tried to bond with it but honestly my collection has moved towards smaller wearing pieces so It’s time for this to find a new home.
