Here is one that I will probably regret selling. Over the years, I've only seen about 3 or 4 of these come-up for sale. But alas, funds are needed elsewhere, and this cool piece just doesn't get enough wrist time. So here we go, on with the show!
A very rare ca.1968 Wakmann SEAHUNTER Skin Diver Watch. It is powered by a Wakmann signed 17J Jeambrun 26D Manual Wind Movement. Case signed Wakmann Watch Co France. Dial, Case and Movement all signed France. The lovely no date dial, with killer lollipop seconds hand and broad arrow minute hand all retain original lume. The hour hand has some lume missing (as seen in pics). All hand lume has been stabilized by my watchmaker to prevent further decay/loss. The dial is in beautiful condition with original lume and all writing clearly visible.
The 37mm case appears to be unpolished with sharp edges and engraving clearly visible. Lug size is 20mm. The crystal has been polished and has no deep scratches or nicks. The bi-directional bezel retains its lume in the triangle at 12 o'clock, and rotates freely. It has no deep scratches, dings or chips. The movement has been fully overhauled and serviced by my watchmaker in November 2023. It winds and sets smoothly and keeps good time. (Apologies in advance, I do not have a movement pic as I don't have the proper tool to open this style of case back.) The watch comes fitted on a vintage tropic style band.
REDUCED: I am asking $1050 OBO plus shipping. Payment via PayPal (Friends/Family), Zelle, Venmo or Wire.
Please feel free to message me with any questions or if you would like more pics or info. Thanks for looking! Jeff

Picked up a beauty of a watch from Jeff. Glad to have met him on OF, a truly nice guy, hope I might grab a few more from him in the near future. Thanks
Whilst selling any lovely example of a watch is never easy and is always followed by sellers remorse, it's made a little less painful when the beneficiary is someone like Jeff. Just completed a transaction with Jeff that was built up over several weeks. After lots of communication it's clear …
