[WTS] [Longines Admiral Automatic] With majestic Tropical dial inherited - how much could it be worth?
Hi everyone, New to this sub, so thank you for reading this and possibly helping me! Anyways, I inherited a beautiful watch from my late grandfather. As the headline says - Longines - 1960s model, 40mm x 38mm size, serviced recently and working excellent, original bracelet, original crown, and a majestic tropical dial (seems to have been blue originally before turning tropical). I have sent Longines the serial number and apparently it was bought in Iraq in the 70s (cool info). I was wondering, how much is this kind of watch worth to watch collectors and enthusiasts? Asking because from what I have learned tropical watches can be on the expensive side, and this one is really pretty as you can see! Cheers!
