[WTS] Grand Seiko SBGX259 - discontinued 9f HAQ polar white
Hey r/watchexchange, For sale today is my Grand Seiko SBGX259 with polar white dial on bracelet. I acquired this now-discontinued model in 2020 from a Japanese dealer. Album: https://imgur.com/a/BoabGis Timestamp: https://i.imgur.com/fn5vAZv.png It's got sword-shaped dauphine hands and the hour markers have a subtle texture on the top paired with polished sides that make them highly legible in the scantest light, even without lume. It's topped with a dual curved sapphire crystal. At 37mm in diameter with 44.6mm lug to lug and just 10mm thick, it wears spectacularly dressed down and dressed up, sliding under a cuff easily. The tops of the lugs are brushed but the rest sports that eye-catching Zaratsu polishing Grand Seiko is known for. The watch runs on a 9F62 high accuracy quartz movement good for +-10 seconds per YEAR. This is the watch you use to set the other watches in your box. Condition is consistent with a watch that's been worn. Light scratches visible on the bezel that can be polished out. Scratches on undersides of the lugs from strap changes. Comes on the stainless steel bracelet sized to my 6.25" with all links included. Bracelet has some minor desk diving marks. I'm asking $1,500 OBO shipped with original box, papers and manuals to CONUS, payment via Paypal F&F or Zelle. Entry-level Grand Seikos are shooting up in price so this guy is a steal. Folks with feedback on here preferred.
