For sale is my Seiko Silverwave cockpit silverwave watch. This watch predates Bell&Ross by almost 10-15 years, making it the original cockpit inspired watch. Released in 1981, it was produced for only 2 years till 1983, making it relatively rare. It also won the coveted Japanese “G-mark Japan Good design award” when it was released for its unique and innovative design. Watch is in good condition, with general negligible usage signs (microscratches). Most importantly the plastic cladding of the watch is intact and is in excellent condition. The domed glass is also in good condition. It features a screw down case as well as crown. Strap attached is aftermarket resin strap. Watch measures at 34mm in diameter excluding crown.
