Hiya r/watchexchange, happy days! Up for sale is a Limited Edition Omega Panda Speedmaster ‘Pulsometer’ CK2998 Ref 311.32.40.30.02.001. The Pulsometric bezel is unique in that it was designed to help calculate cardiac heart rate. To use, the wearer would find a pulse, start the chrono hand, and count to 30 beats. Wherever the chrono hand stops at 30 beats, the bezel will tell you the beats per minute. For example, if at 30 heartbeats, the chrono hand is at the 20 minute marker, then the person has a heart rate of 90 beats per minute (bpm), at the 30 minute marker, 60 bpm, so on and so forth. The 39.7mm case is very wearable and with the alpha hands, this re-edition is the perfect combo of vintage style and modern technology. Overall the watch is great condition with minor signs of wear. The leather strap on the 6 o’clock has begun to show some superficial cracking. There is a service card from Omega however service date and history is unknown.
