This sleek, monochrome timepiece could easily serve as the perfect GADA for those who don’t require a high level of water resistance. Since it didn’t sell the last time, I tried to reconnect with it by using it as my daily driver, but I noticed it wasn’t keeping time accurately. Instead of sending it back to Farer, I chose to take it to my trusted watchmaker. He’s a certified watchmaker, and I trust him to handle things more quickly and efficiently than Farer. It turned out the issue was with the spacing between the index pins, though the movement and watch components were fine. This was a quality control issue on Farer's part. My watchmaker took care of it and got it fixed right away. The watch is now regulated and adjusted across six positions, running at -1 second per day dial-up and +2 seconds dial-down. It’s well within the soignée grade spec of ±7 seconds and is performing better than when it was brand new. I’ve attached the watch repair receipt for further details. After wearing it for a week straight, I can tell you that it runs perfectly—about +5 seconds on the wrist. Laying it down with the crown down offsets that. See my unscientific timekeeping record on the app. Then again, user experience varies, so as always, YMMV. But it is mechanically sound and well within specs. The watch is in excellent condition, with a clear crystal and minor marks on the polished sides and back of the lugs. The sale includes the Farer travel wallet, OEM bracelet, and warranty card (dated May 24, 2024). The burgundy sailcloth is not included in this sale.
