For Sale or Trade: This GORGEOUS Christopher Ward needs a new home! This watch contains the company’s award winning in-house SH21 movement that is COSC certified and has 120 hours of power reserve! The watch is in excellent condition with a clean crystal and minimal hairlines about the 41mm x 10mm case. Really exceptional example. Will ship with full kit including OEM deployant leather strap and your choice of black or tan Hirsch leather strap. Would be looking for trade in the $1500-2000 range, but would take only $1500 via Venmo or PayPal. Happy to entertain all offers! Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
