Up for sale is a Franck Muller Casablanca reference 5860 in white. Franck Muller does not seem to appear much in this subreddit, but I think it deserves some love. I love these watches and have a lot of them. FM makes a stellar and distinct watch, the majority of which feature FM's signature tonneau shaped case and exploding numbers dial generally unique in the field. This tonneau shaped watch wears beautifully. I included a photo on my ~6.8" wrist. The tonneau shape is difficult to compare to standard circular watches in terms of diameter, but it measures 45mm long x 31mm wide x 12mm at its thickest point, including the domed crystal. The watch however does not feature any straight edges, and even the crystal and the back of the case have a curve. As a result, it feels great on the wrist. One of my favorite things about the watch is the curvature of the dial. The dial is not flat, but it bends with the rest of the case and crystal. The corners of the dial bend, and there is something about it that just mesmerizes me. It's difficult to capture in a photo. It's an awesome design touch, and it harmonizes with all the other "bent" elements that are FM's signature. The watch is running well at approximately +/- 3 seconds per day, and it features an automatic movement with a platinum rotor. It comes with its original sale papers in a leather booklet, showing an original sale date in 2003. The watch comes on a black Franck Muller strap with a stainless steel FM buckle.
