Thinning the herd. The first to be offered is my Formex Essence 39 Malachite on bracelet. This piece is not only one of the most beautiful watches in its price bracket, but also one of the best values. Formex is known for producing pieces with fit and finish on par with brands costing more than twice much.
The unique green malachite dials are individually cut from the stone and each dial is unique. Formex only produces 100 of these pieces each year. This one is from the 2024 production batch. After an exhaustive search, I was able to source the rights to one from a dealer in Greece. I secured my spot in mid-2023, and the watch was delivered in early 2024.
The watch utilizes their patented spring loaded case suspension system to protect the Swiss made Sellita SW200-1 COSC certified movement. The stainless bracelet features a 4mm Micro-extension at the folding butterfly clasp.
The watch is in mint condition, having only been worn sparingly around the house. There are no scratches or rub marks on the case or bracelet. Please check the photos carefully before purchasing as all sales are final unless not as described and shown.
