Looking for Anyone who can Overhaul an ETA 2783 Movement
This watch is a NOS Tucah diver from the 60's, i never saw one before this,
a friend of mine loves it and i'd like to make a present of it. it runs, has a low
power reserve, runs slow. just needs a good cleaning and oiling. i am in
the U.S., but would send elsewhere if no U.S. options....
i have a similar Fortis with an oddball 14-faceted caseback which i lack
the tool to open, and i think this movement needs replacement ( according
to Dr. Seiko, who relumed the dial beautifully.)
both watches pictured below, the Tucah is more the priority but getting
the Fortis done would be great, too.
thanks!
