This is an extremely rare limited edition Grand Seiko made in 2020 for the China market. This is number 65/222; however, because the number 4 is bad luck in China, only 182 units were produced. The star of the show is the gorgeous purple/indigo lion’s mane dial. The dial is enhanced by gold accents and a beautiful navy and champagne power reserve indicator. The overall presentation is absolutely stunning in the flesh. The watch is in excellent overall condition (8.5/10). See detailed images and video for any imperfections. Some hairline scratches on side of case, bottom of lugs from a strap change, and bottom of bezel that are only visible upon very close inspection. The bracelet and clasp are like new. Comes with an OEM brown crocodile strap with navy stitching that is lightly used, original box, manual, pouch, and extra links.
